At Doungu, we provide fresh, high-quality pet food delivered straight to your doorstep. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer home delivery in Hyderabad
If your location is outside our service area, please contact us to check availability.

2. Delivery Schedule
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM

3. Delivery Fees
Free delivery for orders above ₹750.
A delivery charge of ₹100 applies to orders below this amount.

4. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and delivered in 2-3 days. 
You will receive a confirmation message with the estimated delivery time.

5. Handling & Storage
As our products are fresh and perishable, they must be stored in the freezer upon arrival.
For best results, thaw in the refrigerator the night before serving.

6. Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt delivery twice more.
After 3 failed attempts, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
